Very happy with all of it from start to finish. Our slider glass shattered and Tonya was able to get someone here within hours to clean it up and measure for new replacement. Everyone else I had called couldn't get someone out here for at least a week. It was cleaned, vacuumed, and Covid safe with masks. If anyone has an emergency call Tonya first!

This company is great. Have used them for years. Tonya is great to work with. Installers, estimators, etc could not have been better and very save in these times. Highly, highly recommend them.

I was looking for a rubber sweep insert for my shower door. I stopped by Magik and they were magic. The gentleman that helped us found what we needed and didn't charge us. He was terrific and so accommodating.

Excellent experience from start to finish! We needed to replace a window in our home, we had heard great things about Magik, so they were our first call. We are so glad we did! They quickly scheduled an estimate, communicated throughout the process and installed perfectly at the time they said they would. I highly recommend Magik Glass and Door for the #1 reason: they stand behind their work and make an effort to resolve the problem, a problem that occurred a month after their initial visit. Even though time had elapsed since they had first worked on the doors, their rep, Daniel, didn't argue with me or say that there was nothing that could be done; rather he set up an appointment for 2 days later to send a tech out. Michael, the original tech, showed up right on time and explained that there was very little room for an adjustment, but that he would do his best to rectify the situation.

He made every effort to work around what had been an incorrect original installation, and after careful adjustments, he fixed the problem. I was impressed that this company genuinely seemed to care about pleasing their customer, and that Michael had a very pleasant attitude and seemed to care about getting the door adjustment just right. This is the only company I will use in the future, and I can highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed with their customer service and professionalism.

I thoroughly recommend this company. They arrived yesterday to fix a very high up window in a ceiling turret and also a sliding glass door. They came at the time they promised and did the work quickly and efficiently and cleared up perfectly when finished. If I have any glass issues in the future they will be my first call.

I had a couple of large picture windows that had moved leaving an opening next to the window frame. I called Magic for a quote to fix this. They asked for some pictures and sent me an email bid to fix the problem. I had read in their reviews that their follow up was occasionally lacking so I made a point of calling until I got a person on the phone.

I first notified them of my problem on a Monday. They showed up with a large crew and fixed my windows early Thursday morning. The work turned out to be less extensive than I thought it would be. They billed me less than their original quote. What an honest professional company they turned out to be. I told them I would recommend them to anyone with window issues.

Magik Glass and Door did a great job replacing our five original single pane windows with brand new Milgard Tuscany double hung windows. The quote was good, checked out the showroom, made a deposit, and a couple weeks later windows arrived. They were very professional, installation went well and the windows look amazing, so definitely recommend them!

I had two windows that needed replacing. Someone from Magik Glass came out and looked and measured and said they would call back with an estimate. A week went by and I heard nothing, so I called them and spoke directly with someone who said they would check and call me back. Again, I never heard from them. Very poor customer service.

Wow. I called for a repair on a shower door and they told me if we didn't install your door we won't fix it. Wtf.! That's not good business. What happened to I'll send someone out to fix it!

I had a break-in and one window was shattered. I took the frame in for reglazing and Magik Glass had it finished the same day. I was very pleased to have the window secured the day after it was broken.

Asked for a ballpark estimate just to get some idea of what I might be spending on extensive glazing for a new house. Was told they would provide a rough estimate within a week. Three weeks later and I am still waiting. Multiple emails ignored, phone calls sent to voice mail and never returned. Perhaps they are just too busy with other, more-important customers to be bothered with my single-family residence.

Order 2 pieces of glass at noon by 4 pm I had not heard from them to pick up the glass so I called them they hadn't even bothered to cut the glass said there was no one there to cut it so I went over to a different business ordered four pieces of glass and got it for the same price as two pieces for the bin at Magic glass door prices are too expensive and their help there was ridiculous they should have the courtesy to call and say hey we do not have anyone to cut the grass today and I would not have been sitting there all day waiting for them terrible service

Ordered reeded glass for custom door. TWICE the order was not ready when previously promised. Never did we get a call that it was delayed but instead we came in to the shop to pick it up a few days past the promised date only to find out it had not arrived. The gal who was managing the orders never even came out from behind her wall to discuss it with us but instead yelled over the wall to the front desk assistant to convey that our order, yet again, was not there as promised.

I can understand mix-ups but this is really BAD customer services. We then decided to cancel the order entirely only to be charged on our credit card for someone else's (larger $) order several weeks later. Oh, and if you need to pick something up from them on your lunch break, don't bother, as they close their office entirely durning the middle of the day during the lunch hour.

After dealing with bad contractor experiences it was very refreshing to be able to do business with a company that takes their work seriously and on TIME!. I cannot give Magik enough praises. They came and measured the bathroom door frame price was a few bucks more than others but worth every penny. Their turnaround time was going to be 8 days and 4 business days later they called and said we are ready for your install.

They arrived on time. They were clean and paid attention to details with the install and left NO mess for me to clean up. It took them about 1 1/2 to install the door. Very satisfied customer. Thank you Peter

This was the first time I've had to order glass. We needed to order a piece for our wood diniingroom table. After calling a couple other places, I called Magik Glass (PS Glass) and spoke with Tonya. Tonya was very helpful and friendly. She had a guy out to our property within an hour to measure the table and within 5 business days of measuring the glass was installed on the table.

So easy and simple. The guys who delievered the glass were friendly and gave instructions on the glass. The price comparison was reasonable and ultimately won the bid. We have another table we'll be having done as well. We'll call Tonya again.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I went in for a custom shower and Tonya was very informative and had great ideas. The installers knew what they were doing and were very professional. The only downfall is that installers do not work on weekends.

FIVE STAR First Class operation. Very professional, sophisticated and communicative. Priority service with top notch mechanics. We recommend them for installed product or service of existing. Responsive and reasonable. We also would refer any "service" type work for general maintenance of windows and doors, rollers, closers etc. People (especially in the desert) forget how important general maintenance is for anything that moves (rolls, slides, hinges, pivots etc) Great people to have for both residential and commercial!

We wish them continued success! From storefront systems to broken glass, mirrors and shower enclosures, maintenance of old and non-working fenestration! An excellent company to call!

It was bound to happen. A knucklehead fired a line drive golf ball through my plate glass window from down in front of the tee box, where he had topped his drive. It sounded like an explosion in my house and the devastation was complete. On a good note, I found these guys in the phone book of all places and they delivered. They were able to get an estimator out the same day.

The glass took two days on order( as they were out of stock on my older sized window) but they were on point once it came in. Their installer was prompt and efficient and I was back up and running pretty quickly. $565 for glass and install- that's a deal in a pinch!
