These guys were amazing - I mean the crew - clean, clear and direct in what needed to be accomplished. And Brian - the owner was efficient and fair with his perfect measurements and pricing. Living on a hillside required infrastructure requirements for their ladders - you could tell they had "been there before and knew exactly what to do". 3 guys worked for 3 days to pull all 8 problem windows out and install our new windows perfectly. Had a fabulous experience with Aames transforming our home. They installed two sets of sliding glass doors where we previously had large windows, and also replaced another older window. We got quotes from several "big national" kind of places and Aames was comparable or slightly better but with much more responsive, high-touch service and faster turnaround times.

The turnaround time after shipping to install was immediate, Brian the owner was available and present for any questions and gave excellent and thoughtful, not "dollar chasing" advice. The installation workers were absolutely fabulous during the several days they were at the home: friendly, fast, thorough, diligent, impeccable at post-job cleanup.

I feel like I have totally new rooms with the finished product -- the look and function is outstanding. I love finding local businesses that are all they are cracked up to be and this is definitely one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

After getting several quotes for our windows, Brian was willing to match the lowest offer we received. We replaced 5 windows and a patio sliding door. Our complex required a specific kind of window and color, which Aames were able to accommodate. They were easy to work with, and responded to my questions in a timely manner. The windows weren't delivered at the agreed time, but we were told that shipments were delayed more than usual because of COVID.

We re-scheduled, and Brian's crew got the job done in one day, they were very efficient. We're happy with the insulation and the cool breeze that comes through our home now. I highly recommend Aames windows!

After getting some quotes we felt Brian and his team offered what we were after for replacement of 15 windows and 1 sliding door. we were regularly informed of delivery status and when they arrived we were scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived on time and kept us informed throughout the project. Timely and clean they took great care of the final product and how it looked and finished on time. Just had new windows and doors replaced at our home and can't be happier with the service we received from Brian and his crew. We got several quotes from different company's and felt that Aames was best suited for our needs. From our first encounter to the finished product, these guys were fantastic. We had both new and retrofit windows installed throughout, as well as, new sheeting on one side of our house due to some minor dry rot. These guys were professional, polite and clean! We highly recommend Aames Windows and Doors. They deliver what they promise.

I received three quotes, Brian was the only quote handed to me in writing at the first meeting. The other guys told me the price but wanted to email me the written quote, but never did. Instead, they repetitively called offering deals on stuff I didn't want and bugged me to sign with them. His price was competitive and I trusted him. His guys showed up when he said they would and were professional throughout the project. If you go with Aames you know what you will get and when you will get it. I now have great windows and doors in my house, thanks to Brian at Aames Windows and Doors.

Very late post Brian and his team are awesome, they did an excellent job in replacing 15 windows in one day in our home! Then came back the next day a installed al sliding window door and finished up the window trims! It's been about 10'yrs now, knock on wood lol! 10 yrs later with no issues! This in not the first time I've seen his excellent work.

Definitely would use him again; in fact I Just happened to be looking him to see if he was still around. For possibly 2-4 more windows and 1-2 exterior doors? If reasonably in our budget!

From start to finish, working with Aames was a pleasure. The owner, Brian met me at my house, drew up an estimate and completely blew me away with a totally affordable price to replace almost every single window in my house (including a huge picture window and sliding glass door) with new Anlon Catalina windows. His crew arrived on time, installation was done in about two days and my house was left spotless. I am super happy with my new windows and highly recommend Aames.

We looked at several different window companies in Petaluma and decided on Aames Windows & Doors. The choice was driven not only by the quality of the product but also by the competitive price and owner Brian, who was a joy to work with throughout the whole process. Brian's installation team were quick, tidy and whenever possible they were mindful to shift noisy work around my baby's nap schedule, which was much appreciated! We've had the windows just over two weeks and we're really happy with the look and are still amazed at how quiet the house is compared to before. Overall a great experience and a great product!

If I could award 6 stars I would. I am beyond pleased with the quality windows and work, price and professionalism exhibited by the salesman and installers. My double pane windows are already helping with the triple digit heat wave we had by keeping my home cooler. The installers went above and beyond by complying with all my request.(some a bit persnickety) and they never complained nor refused.

The installers cleaned up after themselves inside and outside my home to the degree you can't tell they were ever here and they washed my windows inside and out before leaving. The salesman, Brian, kept in close contact with me to assure all was well and that I was pleased. Since PGE is raising all rates I felt this would serve a good time to get energy efficient windows to help save money. This can also be deducted on my taxes (how much I don't know yet) and some areas give rebates for doing this. One very satisfied customer.

I was very pleased with my decision to have Brian's team install my windows. Ismael & Jose were very pleasant and installed the windows and cleaned the areas each day. My house is old and due to settling they encountered an issue, resolved it and my windows and patio door look and work great. When I decide to change out the remaining windows I will call them again in a heartbeat!

Brian, along with his installation team, did a great job of replacing the windows in our fifty year old house. Much quieter and more comfortable all around. Brian was the only person who actively gave us design tips that made our house look great. No other window companies offered that kind of help. We also found his pricing to be very competitive with our other estimates. Great experience all the way around. Highest recommendation.

Brian, the owner, was very professional and had a very fair bid. He showed up on the job every day. We replaced all the windows in our house and his installers, Ismael and Jose did a fantastic job. Brian was just a pleasure to work with! We requested an estimate to replace our front door and an extremely odd-shaped window. He arrived on time for our meeting (always a plus for me, I like to know that contractors consider my time is just as important as theirs), and even called before heading to our house to let us know he was on his way. He was able to tell us how to best handle the tricky window replacement and had the pamphlets for the window suppliers ready when we wanted to see examples of how everything would look.

It really couldn't have been easier.and it was so nice to have someone willing to come to our house to give us the estimate when we had so many concerns about how things would work.it's that extra customer service approach that goes a long way and earns repeat business!

Aames windows and Doors installed all new Anlin windows at my home. I am happy with the product and service. I am not the kind of person to pick the first option I find. I did a lot of research and received a lot of bids. I would recommend the product and the Company.

We had Aames install 4 large dual-pane windows and 1 sliding glass door for us back in December. The owner Brian and one other guy took out all of our old windows and installed all the new windows in only one and a half days! They worked very fast and efficiently, and they were definite pros in installation. Our windows were installed before the heavy rains we had, and we haven't had any problems with leakage or anything else.

Excellent installation. The reason I give them 4 stars out of 5 is because the professionalism was not quite where we would have expected it to be. Brian came to our house late a few times, and it was difficult to contact him via phone and email. Aames definitely has the best prices around, though, they're good at what they do, and they are a nice small family-owned business, so I would recommend them to friends, and I would use them again.
