Had an incident at our place of business, someone badly bent our iron gate with their 18 wheeler. I really did not know who to call for this repair, but Superior Door had been out doing dock door repairs for us in the past, so we gave them a call. I called and spoke with Sam and let her know this was an emergency, but was not expecting a fix same day, or if this was even something they could do.
I sent Sam some pictures of the gate and 20 minutes later the tech James and his guy (sorry no name) were pulling in. They went above and beyond to get this done for us, even going as far as calibrating the automatic gate itself. I could not be more impressed this group of people. Saved us a lot of headache. Thank y'all
