Let me start by saying that, in my 50 plus years on this earth, this is only the 2nd time I felt the need to post something regarding the (lack of) service and quality of my purchase. We had a patio room installed mid 2020 and the problems began soon after the job was completed. It started with the room leaking under the walls, next was that they installed the screen door upside down and backwards, and lastly, and this is the big one, the room leaks like a sieve.

They came out once to "fix" it, but that fix only lasted until the next rainstorm. They were then going to fix it again last fall and had scheduled a date for them to come out, only they didn't show and they didn't call. Then, being an optimist, I thought, well, maybe it's too cold and they are waiting for spring. So, here we are in late March and no word from them so I call once again (I have them on speed dial now) only to find out that my work order was closed. Meaning, if I wouldn't have called them (again), I would have never heard from them. So, now I'm speaking to the owner who apologizes, once again, and tells me they will be out to fix it this past week. Well, to my surprise (not), no one shows up and no one calls. Shocker. So, if you are looking to have a patio room installed and want to roll the dice and give them a try, maybe you'll be luckier than me.

It's a pretty expensive gamble. I can certainly say that I won't be using or recommending them to any of my friends. I guess my next calls are to the BBB, as well as the Better Living parent company to alert them to the work being done under their name.

My experience exceeded my expectations in every way. It was constructed in a quality and timely manner. I would recommend Lehigh Patio Rooms to anyone looking to add a sunroom to their home.

September 2020 Lehigh Patio Rooms did an excellent job on our 3 season sunroom. The team of installers were professional, polite and hard workers. We opted to have an A-frame room and are glad we did. It gives an openness to the area. We love or sunroom and would definitely do business with them again!

Critical: Quality They left the space where the roof connects to the house unfinished. I contacted John to fix it and he never did. Also they overlapped a section of the screens and it looks weird. I had contacted him to ask about a leak and he never responded to that either.

Our room was just finished and we are enjoying it very much. The minor adjustments that had to be made were done quickly and in a timely manner. We recommend Lehigh Patio Rooms to our neighbors and friends.

Our family in florida has a wonderful Florida room, my wife fell in love and had to have one. Lehigh Patio Rooms made our outdoor living addition and did a good job. Price was reasonable, quality is great!

Very disappointed. We have a sunroom they build and its lovely, but over 10 years old. We have called and even took a ride to this location where we found out it's only a one man shop and no one was available to help. All we need is some hardware for our screens.

Lehigh Patio Rooms located in Allentown, PA recently designed & custom built a 3 season screen room around our existing hard aluminum awning on a tiled patio. John, the owner, delivered exactly what he promised at a competitive price in a reasonable time frame. We are really pleased with the quality of the product as well.
