Mike Johnson did a fantastic job from start to finish. He is very punctual and responsive, called me back right away to discuss my project. He came out to the house within a few days to assess location and options and clearly explained the do's and don't's involved and helped to pick out the ideal location to install a basement egress window. He took care of the permit process so that was one headache I never even had to worry about.
He confirmed our install date/time the day before and showed up on time and got right to work. He was done quicker than I expected and the window looks and works perfectly. After installation was complete he took time to explain the windows features and functions, as well as offering advice on finishing, which I had agreed to complete myself. I cannot recommend Emergency Egress and Mike Johnson highly enough. Outstanding work, outstanding professionalism, simply outstanding all around.

Cannot Recommend them enough. Mike installed my Egress window 1 week earlier than he scheduled. The area he was working on outside, looks cleaner and significantly more tidy than before he started the job. A complete professional in every aspect of the process.
