My wife and I recently went into Mann Kidwell to look at some potential window treatments for our home. We were professionally shown many options that met our desires. They ordered samples which made making the final selection easy. It says something about a company when the owner of the company is the only one that measures the windows before the custom treatments are ordered.
There's only one reason the owner would do this--because he is intent that the order fits perfectly and pleases the buyer. The installers did a fantastic job of installing and adjusting the shades we ordered. During the installation, we noticed the shades did not have the correct valance. The folks at Mann Kidwell quickly ordered the other valences and had them installed quickly and at no cost to us. Great company with great leaders and employees.

We have purchased Roman Shades, valances and motorized honeycomb shades for specific sun problem windows in our new home. The owner, Andrew, came to our home to measure, suggest, and discuss our needs. The showroom is beautiful and the office staff, Jen and Gina, are welcoming and friendly while maintaining contact throughout our project process. Installers, Steve M. and Tony, were wonderfully efficient in making sure everything was done to our satisfaction as well as treating our home just like their own. We had plantation shutters applied to the front of our house and cellular blinds installed in bedrooms and back of the house windows about a year ago. Everything is excellent quality, holding up perfectly with no problems and with the best customer service anyone could ever ask for. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our experience with Mann Kidwell could not have been better. We had dealt with a variety of contractors on the renovation of our condo. All have been very good, but Mann Kidwell was over the top! We recently moved to Richmond and went to Mann Kidwell based on some on line reviews we had read. Our initial experience was with Gail in the showroom. She was friendly and welcoming, but best of all, extremely knowledgeable about products and she has a great eye for design.
She helped us choose the perfect fabric for our roller shades, set up the dates for measuring and installation. Next, Andrew, the owner, came out to measure and worked quickly and was very professional and considerate. In short order, the installers, Paul and Justin showed up precisely on time and went to work. Paul 's product knowledge and installation experience and Justin's mechanical expertise made the installation flawless.
We were left with an absolutely beautiful window treatment that went beyond our expectations. We have recommended Mann Kidwell to the property manager of our building so others may have the same experience we had. We'd go no where else for window treatments. THE best!

We love our plantation shutters! It took us awhile to outfit all our rooms because of our limited budget. Mann Kidwell worked with us so we could make it happen on our schedule. The company is wonderful! The quality is top notch and the installation was detailed. We have a 100 yr old house with uneven window frames. John took his time and made it work. I cannot recommend Mann Kidwell enough!

We were so happy with our entire experience with Mann Kidwell! Our Roman shades look so sharp and they have given our rooms a much cleaner feel. The customer service was amazing. Easy to schedule, always on time and very respectful of our spaces- you wouldn't have known anyone was there besides the neatly folded curtains that had been taken down (thanks, John)! Highly recommend and can't wait for them to take care of the other half of the windows!

We are thrilled with the quality of our new plantation shutters and blinds from Mann Kidwell. They were thorough, advising us to remove some old interior trim added decades decades ago used by some former owner to accommodate to some standard size interior shutters. M-Kdid that removal expertly. The result when their custom product was installed was even better than we had visualized.

Great experience from start the finish with Mann Kidwell. Visited the showroom to get ideas about the look we wanted - we were doing plantation shutters throughout the house. Everyone was very nice and helpful there as well when they came out to do the estimate and measure the windows. Very efficient process and got the estimate a couple days later.
Price was in range with expectations plus quality of product seemed very good so we pulled the plug. Install was super professional, even at the onset of COVID-19 lockdown. Installer wore a mask and gloves, was very courteous and did a great job on removing existing blinds and installing full coverage shutters in 13 windows and new mini blinds in 3 windows. Everything looks and fits great and we are very happy with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend Mann Kidwell or use them again.

Seriously Impressed. From the design visit, to estimate/measuring, to actually installing - it's been a painless process. Everyone is knowledgeable and not pushy. We had nearly our entire house installed with blinds and shutters and it felt like the team was here for 5 mins. I will absolutely work with them again in the future

Working with Jennifer in the showroom and Paul, the installer, was a very positive, pleasurable experience. They were very responsive, easy to work with on scheduling, and handled any problems that arose during the process with superior customer satisfaction in mind.
The blinds in our master bedroom were installed the day after we moved in our new home and the remainder were installed well ahead of schedule.
