Started out great. We had them complete a egress for our basement. The person who came and dig out the window hit a sprinkler line and cause water to shoot out everywhere. After the very young guy stat in his car for roughly 30 plus minutes waiting on what to do finally decided to come tell me what was going on and asked to shut the water line off.
I tried to shut the line off but was not strong enough due old pipes. My husband had to leave work to come home and turn it off because the guy didn't want to help. After snapping the line they finally fixed it. Long story short now after a month they are coming back asking us for the money to fix something there employee broke. Poor poor customer service! Stay away from this company and there poor communication.
