First time local customer. Worked with Connie at the front desk. I custom ordered some replacement double-paned glass and she was great. She knows what's available and made sure all the information I gave her was accurate. Worked out when installing all; perfect fit! Mike was also helpful when I picked up my order, and lent some helpful tips. A+! I will never go anywhere else for glass!

Disappointing.took a screen in to be repaired for a small hole. AV Glass disassembled the screen only to find out they did not have materials to complete the job.now I only have a screen frame.

Awesome experience. I broke my window on Sunday, called them on Tuesday, and they were out to take measurements so they can get me a quote on Thursday. Received the call a few days later with a price and put it on order. Once window came in they let me know and scheduled install. They were fast, accurate, and polite. Will definitely use them again.

Great prices, great service. The only thing I wish I had known was that the glass top wouldn't be in cardboard when picking up. I should've brought a blanket to wrap it in. Looks nice on my desk. I will be thinking of them for additional purchases.
