Shop premade or custom window hardware that matches any interior and exterior application. Sun Screens and Bug Screens come in two styles, flat & long leg using roll formed aluminum framing. Aluminum construction provides a high quality finish and a longer lifespan than traditional or plastic construction frames. It is highly recommended for wood windows and doors to be painted and/or sealed to protect them from the environment. Doing so will reduce premature signs of swell, warp and crack with age.

In fact, we produced one of the first aluminum casement windows. We offer 2 high quality swinging doors series with welded frames and panels, a heavy duty conventional sliding door system and our new multi-slide door systems for exterior and interior uses including opening or glass to glass corner units. The multi-slide door line is highly configurable so please, check with our staff when designing, for additional drawings and information.

Perfect example of when times are good, nothing matters much. Their product is decent, although their sliders "clank" too much for me when they close. Not worth the extra expense compared to other higher end brands. That was all the good parts of this review. Their customer service is as bad as the others posted here, their 2 month lead time is more like 3, their follow through after delivery if you do have an issue (and you probably will) is terrible and them moving quickly to fix their (yours now) problem will be as slow as waiting for the original order.
And their customer service stinks (yes, intentionally written twice.). PS - don't call at 4.01 pm as they won't answer, even though they sit there listening to the phone ring.

These guys are the best! Bill and Dean provide us with the best customer service out of all of the vendors and fabricators we work with. We make glass houses and, well, these guys provide the glass and frames that make our custom homes what they are. We wouldn't be able to do what we do without them.

Poor follow through and communication, combined with vague and conflicting lead times, led me on a search for a product produced by a company where customer service was still a prized commodity. Western Window produces a selection of high quality products, custom made in less time, at a more attractive price point.
