I found myself stuck in my garage on a Saturday of all days! I contacted the original company that installed my doors yrs ago and unfortunately they never responded to my calls. So happy to have found United Garage Door they answered right away and arrived in less then an hour. Rami was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Door was fixed in less then 30 minutes. Very quick to respond to my call was able schedule it in quickly. Unfortunately the repair was bigger than we expected it to be, but he was able to get it completed same day and done quickly. Overall great customer service. This is my first garage door repair so don't have much to compare it to for price or workmanship but hopefully won't need one again for a long time.

Our garage door motor burnt out and we called United Garage Door to come out to fix. They gave us an appt for the next day. They were prompt, quick, professional and cleaned the job site when done. The cost was $850 but the new unit is much quieter and connects to my home Wi-Fi. This allows access from my phone as well as allowing Amazon deliveries to be made inside my garage instead of my front porch. I'm sure this will come in very handy for the holiday season. Rami was great and very professional. Came out to "repair" my door, same day I called him. He soon explained the condition of the door was beyond repair, and took the time to help me understand his perspective. He was able to provide me a quote for entire replacement, and we came to an agreement on the price. 2 days later, his two partners came out and installed the door in a total of under 2 hours. All in all, I am very pleased and will be recommending Rami and his team to my friends and family.
