I placed an order four months ago for several items that came to almost $700. This was for weather stripping to keep out cold air during the winter months. They charged my credit card right away. The items never showed up. I called and they gave me a tracking number. They shipped the product to someone in California. I am in New York. I called again and they said they made a shipping mistake and the package was returned to their warehouse.
When it was returned to their warehouse, Instead of shipping the item to me, they let it sit in their warehouse and never even contacted me. When I called, they looked and found the package and said they would ship it out to the correct address. The package never shipped out. That was four weeks ago. I called two weeks later. I could not get through to anyone.
The recording says "all agents are helping other callers" and to either hold or leave a message. I left a message. No one called back. I waited 2 weeks for a call back. I call again today and after holding for 10 minutes, someone picks up. I explain the situation and they said " didn't you just speak to someone?". I heard them discussing this. Well, it wasn't me who just called, so this seems like a problem that other people are having also.
The said they would remake the item and ship it in a few days. I said why do you have to remake it. It is sitting in your warehouse. They said they would find it and ship it out. As of now, I am waiting to hear back from them. They have a great business model (sarcism). Take your money and never deliver the product.
