As a Truck driver out of Dallas, Tx. I've been delivering windows to this place for several years now. It's always a pleasure to work with their receiving personnel. Now, if you want information on their lumber and other stuff, you'll have to look at other reviews because I don't go their for anything else than to deliver my windows. LOL

Critical: Responsiveness They will take your money to order new windows, but when you need assistance with warranty on one of them they wont return your phone calls.

My car threw the transmission on my way to work and I happened to roll into manning building supplies parking lot. They were more than helpful and kind to me in a tough time, and assisted me moving my vehicle to a safe location on the property. Based on that professionalism and courtesy alone I'd certainly recommend them. Very kind and helpful people here.

I am another contractor working out of Christina parkway. I man claiming to work for your company in a big white chevy 3500 cussed and screamed at my workers about using their Porta potty. There are people jogging and walking their dogs and he made a huge scene. This is very unprofessional way of handling things

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been over 2 years since my house has been finished and they still don't have the window handle that has been missing since the windows were delivered. Brett, their representative, for Goldsmith Construction, lies to you and smiles while doing it. He doesn't care. To make it worse, the yard service broke a sliding glass door panel, which he Brett had to replace yesterday ( as the PGT salesman), his crew left all the broken glass everywhere, when called Brett apologized and then called the Goldsmiths for advice if he had to clean it up. Avoid this company at all costs, and if your builder uses them insist they go someplace else for your job.
