I have not yet had all the work done but felt compelled to write a review based on the visit Ronnie made for the quote. Top notch! Ron was caring, listened to my concerns for safety and walked me through everything step by step. He was kind enough to note several doors incorrectly hung in my new place and gave me a quick tutorial on how to attempt to fix this myself.
I cannot say enough about their professionalism and the true concern for me that was shown both at my initial call into their office and the visit for the quote. It felt like family was taking care of me!

I needed to reduce the solar heat coming into a fairly large 4 x 8 window in the master bedroom facing due east. While I have beautiful (Hunter-Douglas) wooden shutters they offer no real protection against the searing summer sun here in Phoenix. The room was a good 2-4 degrees warmer the the rest of the home ALL DAY LONG! Lisa was very professional, efficient, provided me with a fair price quote for a premium quality product and was able to get an installer out the next day. Mike arrived right on time, did a superb job, was professional, and I am one satisfied customer now that my bedroom is significantly cooler. In percentages I'd say the room is now 50% cooler. I had set up 3 companies to come out for quotes on privacy frost for my office. Pat at Metro Tint was friendly, knowledgeable and spent more than 5 minutes in our office for the estimate. I immediately felt confident that Metro Tint would do the best job and was pleased when their quote came in $100 under the other two companies.
