Watertight Exteriors Inc can provide professional roofing repairs and maintenance which will prolong the life expectancy of your roofing system. We can schedule biyearly roof inspections on your flat roof system. The purpose of the inspections would be to repair weak areas, areas that may fail, before the fail/leak occurs.
Every Duro-Last roof is measured and manufactured to exact size, accommodating every rooftop penetration. Prefabricating the roof in our controlled factory environment eliminates up to 85% of seaming that is done on-site during roof top installation, and improves the long-term performance of the roofing system.

DO NOT USE- BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I've never hired such unprofessional trade as this one. They talk very tricky, answer questions with least information. I would say theyre ripoff artists. Get ecerything in writing. They deliver material and show up weeks later so you dont call someone else. Signs of a scam business. Give them a start and finish date. Dont pay them until it rains.or you'll never see them again.

It took me about three phone calls and messages to finally have someone call me back. When they finally did call me back it another week to have someone come out to the house and assess the exterior damage. When he did finally did come out he didn't even take the initiative to go up on the roof and inspect the damage, but rather he said he could see everything from the ground.
He left saying that I would have a quote within 48 hours. 48 hours later - no quote. I called and left a message hoping to receive the quote soon as we had water leaking into the house. Still no quote 1 week later we had someone else come out and do the work. Totally unprofessional. I realize that contractors are extremely busy and maybe they thought the work to my house wasn't worth their time, but then they should've said so. Extremely unprofessional.
