Rogers Windows, Inc. began as Winterseal of Lexington in the late 1950's. In its infancy the company worked out of a garage on 4th Street in downtown Lexington, KY, building storm windows. Throughout its expansive history and experience and constant transition, adapting to new styles and new production methods, Rogers continues to provide a quality product at a competitive price. People here are very unprofessional. You get passed around by people on the phone. Bad communication on top of that they make mistakes on window sizes and then want to to argue you for everything. Go somewhere else. Also, they said they would replace the wrong windows and now they want to charge me more. On top of that they are trying to keep my windows hostage. Run away.

So have them make a sliding door which was nice. Get it home and putting it in and one of the screws that adjusts the rollers is stripped completely out. Call to let them know about the issue and they casually blow it off as almost normal and even more upsetting don't even apologize that the new piece I just received was damaged and now I need to bring it back 30 mins away for a "2 min" fix.
Would a "we're sorry that happened" be so bad for them to say. Would have been nice to have had that 2 min repair earlier when they should have checked the part. They did offer to send me a screw so I can repair their defective work which is unreal. So I would advise be aware if they act this way on this part I would expect them do it on a more expensive one as well.
I say move on and in my dealing with them I will never reuse and warn others of the lack of customer service and apparently normal defective work. All of this could have been diverted if they would have shown a little empathy.

Completely unprofessional. We bought our windows from the Compton Ave. location and was told our product would be ready on Sunday for pick up by the salesman (later to be told that was misinformation given). We call Monday and ask if our windows are ready and they inform us they broke one in transit from bellflower to Compton Ave. and it would be a couple of days to repair it.
We were upset because we weren't informed when it happened and we only found out because we called them, so the windows being replaced had been removed. We call Thursday at 9am and ask if they are ready and he says yes he's on the way they'll be here in 10min. We say okay we'll be on our way. We arrive an hour later (we aren't local to the area) and ask for our windows and he said he's still on his way.
I asked where is he coming from and he says the bellflower location. He calls the driver and he says he's on the way. We wait another ten minutes and we ask him to call again and he says give it ten more minutes. He calls again after and he again states he's on the way so I asked where exactly because we shouldn't be waiting this long if they aren't that far from the other location and he informs me the driver does not know where he is but he is close.
I find this ridiculous and ask him why did he tell us the windows are ten minutes away? Why did he lie to us? We could've been there at a later time with no problem. He says sorry and quickly walks away. I ask him for the managers number because he wasn't helping us in any way and I ask Roger where are the windows and he states another half hour.
I admit I was upset and asked for explanations and roger states they broke our window this morning and were fixing it but he'll be on the way now. They broke our windows twice and neither time informed us. I asked for any kind of compensation, to take care of his customers and he says we can do nothing. His exact words and nothing more. He again said it was broken and I asked again?
And he said we are fixing it. If they were able to fix it in a matter of hours why was the first broken one not fixed in the same time manner? He had no explanations for me and told me to wait a half hour. So I inform him that I will call if they are not here in the half hour because it was coming close to two hours waiting for our windows. The time passes and my dad asked the man working to call for us and he looks at my dad and walks away to work.
I just don't understand this service. I again call roger and he tells me to call back in a minute to call the driver. I was infuriated so he took my number and said he'd call me back. He never called back, the driver came ten minutes later and nothing was said after. No apologies or anything. I'm leaving this review on both locations because it reflects the company as a whole from the salesman at one location to the boss for both. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and we will not be back nor recommend it to any others.
