Interesting company with the potential to become Best-In-Class. My initial review was quite negative as the measuring technician, Lewis, was the proverbial "Bull In A China Shop", and caused some damage to my front door existing shutter mechanisms. The owner, Jon, then stepped in immediately to improve my customer experience, helping me to repair the damage and then setting out to personally confirm all interior window shutter measurements for accuracy. Jon expedited delivery of my mid-sized job of 14-windows and the installation took place in a fraction of the originally quoted 8-weeks ARO lead time.

The install team of Henry and his talented wife were flawless. They were consummate professionals, arrived on-time, produced quality work, and treated my property as if it were theirs, with care given not to accidentally scratch the freshly painted interior walls or doors. It's rare for me to provide a negative review, even more rare to update that review to reflect a substantial and accelerated quality and improved customer experience turn-around. Jon, certainly by his quick actions, takes pride in his company and I feel he went the extra mile to recover my business.

If not for Jon's personal involvement, I would have cancelled my contract. Jon is an outstanding leader and employee coach, and I now recommend Naples Shutters to the most discerning buyers of custom wood plantation shutters that are produced locally here in Naples, Florida.

I have a great and wonderful experience with Naples shutter, I had almost all our windows and sliders plantation shutters installed, after three estimation of different companies I have found a great salesperson Dawn Hernandez, she made everything happened that I the way that I wanted, Naples Shutter sent Enry and his son Fab for the measurement and installation, they both were very courteous, experience and very careful team, it was my first experience that they have done a great, very clean and quick job with no side-effects, I have had bad experiences with other companies that they have done something and broke other things. but with this service I'm so glad with there awesome service and great products, I would definitely recommend Naples shutter.

The worst company you can ever hire. My custom shutters were bent. They charge you above and beyond. The stationary holes do not match the shutters rod so they do not fit into the holes. Do not use this company ever.

No Service, no repairs, they advertise removal and installation but don't want to do it, be aware before you hire them, only new order, No later Services

Just had our bathroom plantation shutter installed. Excellent service as in the past installations in our home. The installer was able to rectify a factory mistake with the shutter right on the spot, without having to return the item back to the shop before installation. The installers also disinfected the entire area once they had completed the job. Great product - great service.

Just had 2 rooms of plantation shutters installed. We had a fabulous experience with Naples Shutter. The product looks great and installation was quick with no issues. Ray was great. He gave me a nice tutorial on shutter handling and maintenance. Very pleased!

Despite repeated attempts to make some shutters for our bedroom door they have failed. The most amusing remark was when I was asked how I wold design. them. I have now been left with a set of doors full of screw holes. Thank you Naples Shutters, It could not have been worse

I had a great experience with Naples Shutters. I had first received an estimate from another company on a recommendation, but their salesperson was dishonest and abrasive so I no longer wanted to give them my business. So I went to the effort to find someone else and realized I should have just called Naples Shutters in the first place. Jeff Smith was my salesperson.

Even though I knew exactly what I wanted, Jeff explained all the options so I would know the pricing differences. He did a thorough job taking measurements so the shutters would be a perfect fit. The company is so busy that it was a long wait to get them custom made but they did come in when they said they would. Their installer, Henry, was really amazing too. He arrived on time and was quick and accurate. Even with such a speedy install, they came out perfect. Highly recommend.

Great work. Jeff Smith was the salesman. He had a knowledge of the products and worked up the estimate in no time. The installers worked quickly and when they were done the job was perfect. They explained the operation very clearly. We got black out screens for two bedrooms. We are totally satisfied and would recommend Naples Shutter to anyone who needs window treatments.

Bought hurricane fabric to protect our patio doors. Found out during Irma that install was faulted. Now we're not getting service to make the repairs. I'd use caution if you're thinking about hiring them

I recently hired Naples Shutters for the third time to install plantation shutters in my new home. I was extremely pleased with the service! First off, the Sales Mgr. Jeff Smith, helped me with all the decisions, with no pressure. He suggested ideas I didn't even know were possible. The shutters were custom made here in Naples at their factory location.

In about 6 weeks they were ready to install. Ray came to the house and installed the shutters and they fit perfectly, (thanks to Jeff for accurate measurements!) then Ray explained how they worked, how to clean and take care of them. The installers worked quickly and carefully, and cleaned everything up after! I would highly recommend Naples Shutters.
