Fantastic local business. Great service, selection and pricing. Come here for lumber before Home Depot or Menards. I'll be back

I just called to ask if they had a specific piece of lumber. I was told by the person that answers the phone that the only way I could find out is if I come in and look myself. Is this normal? There was no offer to check and call me back. She actually said "I have no idea what we have".

Avoid this Lumber Seller. They do not know their product. When I was purchasing lumber for my deck, I was told multiple times that they stocked dimensional lumber that was rated for ground contact. I was told this over the phone and again when I picked up the lumber. The guy swiping my credit card looked me in the eye and told me the lumber was ground contact.

Imagine my surprise when I failed an inspection because the lumber was not ground contact. When I called with a complaint, they told me that they didn't remember the conversation, and that they wouldn't do anything to help me out. They are not an honest company, and not to be trusted. Stick with someone who knows about the product they sell. Try Marling, just up the road and much better people.
