The man that helped me had a terrible attitude. Rude and unhelpful.

I ordered shades for my whole house a little over a year ago and we love them. When one of the cords got tangled and i couldn't get it worked out, Michael sent someone over right away to fix it for us. Their service doesn't stop when you have your window coverings up! Great quality and for a good price, but the customer service is what I would go back for.

I am giving this Business a 5 +. Michael, the owner helped me to find the right material for my blinds and they look fantastic. After 9 years they still are beautiful. I had them cleaned and installed again. The Installer, George did a great job. He was on time, knowledgeable, prudent and personable! All around a Top experience!

Please take your business somewhere else. By far had the worst experience dealing with a vendor. The employee had no patience and was very rude and condescending. I am not a professional in the blinds world, so please have some patience with someone that is trying to figure out what they need. I strongly recommend the sales person learn how to better work with clients. Worst ever!

I had a great experience with this company. I go to the Costco right down the street and noticed the sign in front of this business. I was having a problem with one of my cellular shades, so I called and the owner who told me to bring it in. He looked at it and said he will try to fix it. He told me call the following afternoon. When I called the next day, he said that he had fixed it.

It only cost $25. The owner could have easily just tried to sell me a new shade for $250-$300 but he didn't. I will use this business for all future window treatments in my home. I have read the 2 negative reviews on here, and I have no idea if they are true or not. But my experience with this business and its owner was great. He was polite and helpful, both on the phone and in person.

Great local company; products are high quality, and made well. I've ordered vertical blinds and roll type blinds over the years that work great. The owner is a character, but don't let that put you off, he knows his blinds.

Gentleman on the phone was very belittling. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

I just moved into a new house and the old blinds were not working for me. They were installed by the owner incorrectly. Michael gave me some wonderful suggestions for the living room blinds. They are cloth blinds which means you still get privacy but also much needed light which is what I prefer. The blinds came out beautiful, lots of light, I was so impressed.

The bedroom blinds were not dark enough. My bed is right next to the window so the morning light would wake me up way too early. The new blinds are so much better. The blinds open from the outside to the middle. Now I can open the windows easier since both windows are on each corner. The gentleman installing the blinds (Jorge) was so nice. He took extra care to keep everything clean and tidy. Very skillful and knowledgeable.

I had San Diego Blinds redo my house in Carlsbad. They actually did a great job. Even though some other companies were cheaper, they had a better reputation than most and at least came out to do an estimate before and instead of just trying to do it over phone.
