NSI Windows and Doors is an amazing company! Jodean was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend NSI!

DO NOT USE NSI! They installed hurricane doors and windows at our parents' condo in Palm Beach. Within 5 years, the doors and windows failed completely, the frame totally corroded and pitted out, allowing water to enter and salt to build. NSI refused to take any responsibility for the terrible workmanship. We are now spending thousands of dollars to install new hurricane doors and windows. Do not let this happen to you.

Dishonest ownership. I do not recommend this company, they did a horrible job at my house. There are many other companies out there who can I am sure handle your job with care.

We just had NSI Windows replace all our windows with impact glass and we couldn't be happier. This was a big job and the installers, Tony, Noilan and Alfredo worked non-stop to complete our job on schedule. They were conscientious, detailed, neat and very respectful to us and our home and the job they were trusted to do. We would totally like to recommend them as we are 100% satisfied with their installation experience and knowledge required to do an excellent job. And, when we committed to purchase our PGT Custom windows, we were given an installation date and that is the exact date that our installation began! They look amazing and are excellent quality at a fair price. Bye, bye 34 year old windows and hello beautiful windows!

I am pleased to say I had NSI Windows to help me through the process of replacing my old windows and doors with Impact products. The sales rep took her time to explain the windows and the installation. The installers were professional and very hard workers. Ask for Lloyd, he's honest and reliable. NSI offered the best deal out of 3 offers for a dozen PGT impact windows + 1 Thermatru door. Lloyd made sure I received my rebate, something the other 2 dealers didn't mention. Very satisfied with the total cost and options offered.

Did a great job installing my impact resistant doors and windows. Replaced several sliding glass doors with French doors, which I love. When one hurricane lock was stuck after 3 years, they fixed it in 15 min. And when the same set of doors was leaking after four years, they came out several times to figure out what was leaking and to fix it. Everything was fixed and they left the house looking better than it did before they were here. Thank you.

Dealing with NSI was a pleasure from the initial meeting to completion. We replaced all our windows and sliding doors throughout the house with PGT hurricane windows and doors. During the initial evaluation numerous suggestions were made to enhance the appearance and aesthetics of the house. All questions were answered regarding the installation process, the quality, functionality, and options of the various products available, and timing of the work. NSI was prompt and on time for this initial meeting and all scheduled work days. Replacing all windows and sliders is a significant renovation.

The installation team was prompt, courteous, and competent. In addition to the window and door installation itself they did everything from minimizing the dust that will result from any installation of this type to minor repairs and patching on both the inside walls and outside stucco. We confidently recommend NSI for any job. They provide peace of mind that your job will be completed timely and professionally - not to mention at a great price!

The team I worked with, James, Chris, and Frankie, was awesome! I live in a historical area. James knew exactly what would be approved and what would be best for the different areas of the house. He also was on site everyday checking the ongoing installation. Chris and Frankie the two gentlemen that removed, installed and fitted my new windows and doors worked tireously and continuously the entire week.

The only sign, at the end of the day, that they were there was another side of the house with new windows. I had a few areas, old wooden house, that they discovered rotted wood. They replaced and repaired area and window is secure. When replacing back side door, they had to create a threshold, by cutting away 3 -4 inches of concrete, and it looks amazing.

My family could not be happier with the work, the attitude, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail that went into making our house safer and more beautiful to enjoy life. THANK YOU GUYS.

This company is so easy to deal with. Very professional, easy to talk to, arrives on time, and delivers what they promised. From the first day when James came and gave me an estimate to the last day of delivery and install, with the two installers, everything was done with great care. The installers cover everything and clean up after. I would highly recommend This company and James Nugent, if you want the job done right.

A salesman by the name of Lloyd came to my condo yesterday afternoon as I asked him to quote me on a door. A few others in my condo wanted new doors as well and so they were there for the meeting. Lloyd said if he knew others would be there, he would have brought brochures. He did not even bring one for me. We asked him about 3 different types of doors and he said he would have to measure but that he had no idea how much the doors were.

I asked him for a "ballpark" and he would not give us any pricing. I asked him if he was an installer or a salesman. He said he was a salesman. I told him that I could have given him dimensions on the phone. What kind of a salesman is so unprepared as to not give you a ballpark quote? Did he not have brochures in his vehicle? I asked him to leave as there was no point of me coming home early from work to meet with him. Glad I ruled this company out!

In July impact windows were ordered and when they arrived for install to our home on 10/19, the main window which is over 8ft long was incorrect. I noticed the size difference the minute it was delivered off the NSI truck and notified the installer. The sales man Lloyd stated that the manufacturer sent the incorrect window and that NSI was not at fault. Lloyd said he would order a new window which would take approximately 6 weeks to be received. Finally, two months later the window was installed.

I emailed Lloyd asking how we would be compensated as I had to take the day off of work for the initial installation which was not complete and that we had to wait almost 6 months since the date of order for this window to be installed. Lloyd's response via email was that NSI already lost money and time in the deal so there was no compensation to me as the customer.

I called Lloyd on Thursday 1/3/19 after I was dissatisfied with his email response. I was told by Lloyd that he would speak to the President of the company and he would call me back. On Friday 1/4/19, I did not receive a call from the President as promised so I went to the company location in Riviera Beach and spoke to the office manager. She was very kind and said she would speak to Charles and call me on Monday 1/7/19.

I never received a call and ended up calling the office on 1/9/19 to speak to Charles. After speaking with the President of NSI Charles, he confirmed that it is impossible to check all customer orders as they come in from manufacturers. I find this to be wrong and that since NSI's name is on the product, they should stand by the order and keep their customers happy.

He said they won't know a product is wrong until it is opened at the delivery /install location. My window was not just a small amount off it was off by feet. I noticed it was incorrect the minute it came off the truck. How is someone not checking orders as they come in? Additionally, a company of NSI size, should stand by their business/customers.

I am not asking for the window to be free, but I do think some compensation should be given. Charles said there was nothing he could do and would not offer me any type of compensation because it was not NSI fault.

NSI replaced all of my original windows as well as my front door and French patio doors. They did an amazing job and delivered / installed everything on time as promised. They quoted me a fair price and actually stuck to the price. They didn't add in any other hidden fees. I love my new windows! Thank you.

We contracted out our windows in two segments, the first half was completed back in November of '17 and were so happy with NSI that we chose them to finish the second half in April. Lloyd was our sales person and walked us through the ABC's of high impact windows and helped us plan out our vision. Our installation team of John, Bill and Jeff could not have been more professional and courteous. NSI has top notch teams and would not think twice about recommending to friends.

Fabulous customer service, great windows, and an immaculate job site. What more can you ask? Jodean is magnificent. She sold me the windows, oversaw the job, and quickly replaced a window that was defective. She could not have been any nicer or more helpful. We love the new windows. They are working in my condo right now. They have not adhered to any of our rules. They started a half an hour before permutable, this is also during season. They were using the buildings electricity(not allowed) and worse the terraces below all got cement and glass bits all during their 2 days of installation. They made no attempt to contain their excess. I tried to speak to I think the foreman and he could not have been ruder.
