They were awesome! I accidentally bent my garage door track and the door would not shut. someone came out and fixed it within an hour. Over Head door would not come out for 2 days. Use Garage Door Services!

I had them repair my chain within 1 day it broke & they then came out to repair it and I was told I need a completed new garage door opener. What I find odd is I had a conversation with the repairman about what great shape my craftsman garage door opener was in. Odd. Needless to say I called another company to have it repaired.

Garage door cable broke at 9am. Repaired by 1:30pm. I've used these guys for several years and the service has been excellent each time. Knowledgeable and friendly techs!

Worst phone customer service. The tech that comes to your home is nice. He tried but right after leaving the door was not working right. I called back and was told no service until next day and was treated like they were doing me a favor. The tech had also changed my code on entry box which I requested. He did come back a day later and all was working including key pad until 7 days later.

No key pad caused lock out of my house for three hours. I called for another service call and was treated again like they are doing me a favor. I was told that the tech did not change the code but he did. Why would I want all this hassle? Did I enjoy being locked out - no. Do I enjoy needing service over and over - no. No return service available until the end of the week. They never need to worry over coming back. Done with this company.

We had an immediate need for a new garage door spring. We called today and they were out right away. In just a few hours the problem was solved! Phil did a great job and was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional! Reasonably priced!

Called them a week before needed new installation, quick response, very quick and knowledgeable while installing. highly recommend. Also gave me the option of connecting it to m cell phone.

Garage Door Services was referred to me by a relative. After several attempts to find someone to repair my garage door from several other companies, this was my last resort. After actually speaking to a live person, I was told she would have someone call me back. Ten minutes later someone called me back. Gave me a two hour window. Asked if the tech could call me when finished with prior call?

The tech called, said he'd be at my house in twenty minutes. Showed up, greeted me. In a little under an hour my garage door was repaired. Replaced broken spring with two new springs. I was expecting a $300 to $500 charge. $192 later I'm smiling ear to ear. Bill was great. I will surely use this company again if needed. Would highly recommend this company

Craig was recommended by a friend. However he showed up without a mask and didn't have one in his truck either. I guess this family owned business is clear on where they stand with public safety. They choose and I choose to not do business with them. I think my 40 y/o friend who maybe on a ventilator soon supports this!

My garage door was not working on Sun. I called a company who advertises weekend service. They came out & said the door opener needed a new circuit board but said the opener should be replaced for $735. I questioned the service tech if the present opener could be repaired. He stated that it could but due to the age (9-10 years) he suggested a new opener.

I asked him for a quote on the circuit board. The quote was $265. He also said they did not have it in stock. I contacted him on Mon & he said that a board was available, but delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks. I then called GARAGE DOOR SERVICES who I have previously used. Service tech (Ruben) came to the house within 2 hours of my call. He made same determination that the circuit board was the culprit.

I asked how long will it take to get one. He said I have it in my truck. He did a GREAT & EFFICIENT job & I saved $95. I highly recommend this company! Great service & competitive pricing!

Very pleased with this company. Above and beyond expectations from start to finish. Great experience with the office staff and the technician. Top section of my door was cracked and bent. Dan got that straightened out and also got my garage door working more smoothly and quietly than it has in 20 years; he got it done quickly, too. It works perfectly now. This Company gets 5 stars from me.

We had a garage door opener replaced by Andre. He pulled out the noisy 25+ year old opener and installed a newer, faster and *quieter* opener in just a couple hours. He also installed an outdoor keypad, routed the indoor controls to a more convenient location, and advised us on how to take care of the new system. Would definitely recommend this company for all of your garage door needs.

Awful customer service would be an understatement. I had a simple service call scheduled last Friday with their eta of 2-3p. It was after 4 when I called them, only to find out no one was going to make it to my house that day. Wouldn't have been an issue but (and they knew this beforehand) I work overnights so waking up in time to ensure I was ready for them in the time frame I was given cut me to 4 hours of sleep.

There was also a snowstorm that weekend that my car was left outside in because of this. The woman assured me they would come Monday between 2-3. When I called after 4 (again after barely sleeping after work based around their word) the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She said I was wrong, that wasn't the time frame I was given by the other woman & that they would for sure be there before 5.

The serviceman (the only pleasant person I dealt with within this company) showed up after five, fixed something we already had done (which he knew) & didn't even put the pieces back on the main part before leaving. They refused to simply take accountability. Save your money & go with a company who appreciates your business!

Recently had a spring break on one of my garage doors. For some reason I am in the habit of immediately contacting Omaha Door & Window. They seem to have fair prices; however upon contacting them I was informed they would not be able to come for 3 days. This is what prompted me into expanding my horizons on garage door repair, and so glad I did. I found GDS and called to ask if they could come the same day.

It hadn't been a good day for me and only got worse when I came home and my garage door wouldn't open, so was willing to pay extra if that is what it took to get my door fixed. The gentleman that showed up was extremely nice. He fixed my garage door quickly, and to my surprise the cost was CHEAPER than Omaha Door & Window. The next time I have a spring break on a garage door, I will go directly to GDS! Friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Even better.quick service!
