Can't say enough good things about our experience. Our house is old. Very old. Built in 1964, it was completely remodeled in 2017 - except for the jalousie windows and side door in our Florida room. We got several quotes, and Gulf Coast Windows & Doors had the best price. My husband met Jessica at our house to see what could be done. She measured everything, gave us the quote, and kept us informed as to an estimated installation date.
When the day came for the installation, they were on time - 8:00 on the dot. There was a lot of demolition, but they did an amazing job. We got hurricane-impact sliders installed along with the hurricane-impact door. They are beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone/everyone! Below are some before and after pictures.

Had windows replaced. A very large window seemed hazy but they said it was the hurricane grace and maybe had to be cleaned. Fast forward and seal on window is completely broken. Said it was under warranty but want to charge me $1000 to reinstall. Very disappointed Update They just replaced the window and all is well now. I am glad they stood by their product

A very professional job from the sales person, Jessica to the installation supervisor Sergio; his communication was excellent. The actual installers were excellent as well. They are very respectful of our property and always cleaned up thoroughly after the job was complete. To a man they were first rate; and my dogs liked them too. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent company very responsive. Had some supply chain issues due to to pandemic which they worked to overcome. Made some schedule adjustments so other construction projects were not delayed. I had original windows from the 60's that were terrible! After getting 5-6 quotes from various window companies, I decided to go with Gulf Coast because of the value and several positive reviews. I spoke with Jessica, who is extremely kind and thorough. I saved money for 18 months and finally had the PGT Windows installed on 2-18-20. WOW! What a HUGE difference. Mike, Jason and Jake were prompt, professional, clean, and conscientious. I'M THRILLED with the new look and anticipate a big savings on electric/AC bill. I highly recommend Gulf Coast as they provided great service at a enormous savings compared to other window companies.

We recently replaced six storm-damaged french doors throughout our home and we are extremely happy with the entire experience with Gulf Coast Windows & Doors. From our first phone call, to our final inspection, they were helpful, courteous, prompt and we are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the doors and the workmanship of the installation team. Gulf Coast replaced all the windows and doors on our beach-front condo with hurricane rated windows in 2010. This review is not about that project, but about the two other times I have contacted them to do additional projects for us. I respect any business owner's right to decline work for any reason - their work load, the scope of the project, the nature of the project, etc.
My complaint about Gulf Coast is that, on the two subsequent projects I contacted them about, they never did the work, nor did they ever contact us to say they didn't wish to do the work. They left us in limbo for months, and cost me a lot of time trying to get through to them. The first project that they declined/failed to respond to was a full condo renovation.
I contacted them in fall, 2013, and Chip came to our condo to look over the job. He quoted a price, which we accepted, and then waited for him to send a written quote and contract. It didn't come for a long time, and I tried, repeatedly, to contact Gulf Coast to see what was going on. Finally, after months, I spoke with Chip and he said that the price was too low - remember this was his quote that we did not dicker over at all and, that there was lots of work available in Naples that would pay him more. Again, I respect his right to decline to do our project but it was terribly unprofessional of him not to follow up after giving us a verbal quote.
This happened again when we contacted him in November 2017 to replace a window that cracked in Hurricane Irma. We contacted Gulf Coast as they had installed the windows a few years earlier. He, and his staff, NEVER followed up with us, though they did go to the condo to look it over and measure. I repeatedly contacted them for updates. Finally, I called a different company who followed up in very short order and replaced the window about a month after I contacted them. Again, Gulf Coast had the right not to accept the window replacement job, but why did they string me along for SEVEN MONTHS?
This company cherry picks their jobs and is completely unprofessional. We did our full condo renovation with another contractor and had a wonderful, easy renovation with them. We replaced our cracked window with another company who was very timely, responsive and thorough. Why go through the headaches of trying to get through to this company. I will never call them again, and I recommend you don't as well.
