We used Jennifer at Altra Home Decor and had a wonderful experience working with her. She really knows the products and brings that knowledge along with her interior decorating skills. She made a person like me with difficulty making decisions and overwhelmed with options into a situation where choosing was easy. Definitely recommend this company.

Altra Home Decor is one of the most professionally operated vendors that I know of. All the ladies are courteous, knowledgeable and understanding. They have so much more "customer friendly service" than many of my other clients.

Working with Altra Home Decor and Kelly was a great experience. Kelly was responsive and great with ideas. We had new up down/down up blinds installed, and a kitchen backsplash put in. She was great with follow up after the work was completed and did what she needed to do to make me, the customer, happy. I recommend this company and Kelly.

We ordered Plantation shutters and honeycomb shades for our entire house from Altra. Our salesperson, Kelly Guy, was very helpful making selections, and was very efficient when coming to measure. Everything arrived earlier than expected. Installation went smoothly - Ted did a beautiful job, cleaned up, and was great in all respects. We love the results - so classy and good looking. Expensive, but I guess "nice" costs!

I selected Hunter Douglas Cadence vertical blinds. They have the "S" shape on the vanes and look very nice on the windows. Love the double valance. My order came sooner than expected and installed sooner than expected. Thank you Kelly and Altra Home Decor.

This is our second home that we are using Altra Home Decor to dress our windows. They are knowledgeable and help with ideas to assist us with choices for our windows. Their service is fantastic from the beginning with ideas to the finished products installed. It is great working with Marianne and the rest of the staff.

Kelly was very helpful in offering her honest opinion to have me remove some very outdated cornice board and valance. She didn't try to push me in to replacing any of them. I arranged to have my handyman remove them and immediately the room looked better. I have Silhouette blinds so I was not without a window treatment. She encouraged me to live with it a while to see if I wanted to replace it with a valance or not.

She came back and measured for a new valance if I decided that route and brought several fabric books. The project is still pending while I decide what route to go with. I have no hesitation recommending Kelly. Very easy to work with and appreciate her honest approach and good design sense.

Wonderful company to do business with. Everything went smoothly, from scheduling, to the design, fabric choices and installation of a large cornice. Also, I made a communication error and the designer and manager were very gracious. I would recommend Altra without reservation.

So happy with our blinds! The auto settings for the battery operated blinds, is perfection!

Altra Home Decor has a wide selection to choose from and we're very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select window coverings. They came to our house to help with color and style selections and the install was super fast. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful and will definitely use them again.

I wanted to get a quote for laundry room cabinets. Went to their showroom and was impressed with their service and selection. Got the quote a few days later and it was too much. I asked if they had senior or veteran discounts and sadly they don't.

Jennifer, the designer for Altra provided professional assistance in fabric choice, shape and layout, also she sent us a fabric sample and responded to every contact immediately! Everyone at Altra was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Sue was always there to answer questions and correspond via email. I sent photos of the rooms for which we wanted cornices. When Jennifer came to our home with fabrics, the samples were perfect. Just to be sure, she visited a second time with additional samples. However, she did such a great job initially that we stayed with our first choices.

The installation took place much sooner than expected with one minor glitch. One section of the cornice for our bay window was the wrong size. Altra put a rush on it and the installer placed the brackets so Jennifer could hang it as he was going to be on vacation. Very thoughtful! Our cornices look fantastic and we highly recommend Altra for your home decor needs.

She provided excellent suggestions on styles of shutters and shades, fabrics, colors, and patterns that blended beautifully in our home. Helpful and professional from beginning to end, unlike two other places we tried first. We just bought a new home in Vistancia and had all our windows covered in Hunter Douglas roman shades and Silhouettes. It all looks beautiful and I'm very happy with the service I received. I could not recommend them any higher.

We had window coverings done by Marianne from Altra. Her suggestions were perfect. The coverings even came in ahead of schedule. The installation was very nice. We would use them again.

Hi all, My 85 year old mom started working with this firm in October 2015. It's now mid February 2016. The quality of the installation of nine honey comb blinds was the red flag this company was hiring staff that needed training. One blind fell off its mount and was left for a month dangling from a 14 ft ceiling. A second blind was cut to narrow and is still in process of replacing.

And a custom rod for the drapes was cut too short not covering the windows. The same installer hung the drapes anyway. The drapes are ill fitting and look as though they came from a second hand reseller.pleats, length, and pins used to hang them are all wrong. They take up most of the corner window when we were told it would be no more than 10 inches.

In addition the fabric was ours, a cost we are told is not their problem. Our goal was to amicable resolve this. The rep who we liked so much let us down. She refused to take responsibility and in fact when leaving the house was angry and admonished Mom. Told her not to call her mobile even though she's the one who gave her that number. To call the office only. Good luck reaching anyone. The customer experience is a 1 out of 10 at best. There are several quality window covering companies this is not one of them.

Marianne was extremely profession from start to finish on our project. I am very pleased with the updated blinds and window coverings in our home. There was great attention to detail. Marianne and her installers were always on time and each phase of our project was completed within the time frames promised to us. I will definitely be calling Marianne for our next phase or redecorating.
