We noticed a major difference on Day 1 after the installation, the tint really helps cool down! We opted for the Tan color and it really makes the house look better with our trim and new gutters. Our installation team of two worked fast and cleaned up quickly, especially given the high heat index for the day. Overall would definitely recommend this company and their products.
The only complaint we have is that we were not informed ahead of time that if we had window AC units we couldn't put them back up for 24 hours.had to board our dogs and get a hotel room for the night.

The installation crew was very professional, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after they were done. We went from single pane wood windows that was falling apart from the 1930's, to two pane windows filled with UV reducing gas with absolutely no leaks. Can not wait to see how they do during the hot summer months. Service: Window installation

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Three different install appointments for one job. First one they didn't show up. Second (rescheduled) they showed up said they couldn't do it and left. Third appointment (rescheduled) they didn't show up. This was after they collected the first half of the cost of the project which equated to several thousands of dollars. The service department is impossible to reach and the warehouse manager literally hung up on me when checking on where the installers were. Still no response from the company and I'm still out over $2000. If I didn't say it before I'll say it again, this company is a SCAM! Do not book with them

The windows are great and I like them very much. Working with the company not so much. Double the time estimates and don't expect any communication regarding delays. They will get back to you when you ask for an update, but it may take a couple tries. The installers were efficient, friendly, and did good work, but they did not clean up very well. I had to pick up much of old hardware and broken glass all outside my house.
The inside was cleaned good enough. We had one window that was mismeasured and it took a while to get the new one, but again my biggest disappointment was lack of communication.

Called for an estimate. Freddy was great. Good personality, friendly and very thorough. Explained everything to us, had samples showing the workmanship and showed us all the details involved. Would highly recommend him to others. Long term business with good core values and customer service. That impressed us. Still deciding but will go with them when we make final decision!

We have signed the contract for window replacements for our Whole home. The decision was based on the quality of the replacement windows, the price and the warranty. The sales rep Brandon S. represented the company well and his knowledge of the the product was exceptional. He was respectful and courteous. He was able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. We are looking forward to the installation.

Brandon came out and gave us a quote today for a couple replacement windows. He did an excellent job explaining the product and was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and the style we chose is perfect for the area we are having it installed in. We feel confident that our purchase will save us money on our energy bills and will also increase the beauty and value of our home.
