They installed a glass shower for us, and did a great job! Minimum disruption. I would highly recommend C&C Glass!

I called and one of their staff came over within a day to look at our windows that needed repair. Everything was done within one week. Excellent customer service and workmanship was perfect performed by Frank. Highly recommend.

We had a double paned widow that somehow got off it's tracks and would not close properly. Dale, from C & C, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He took notes so if the window failed again he could order parts and fix it. I highly recommend this company if all their employees are as superior as Dale. Thanks

We contacted C & C Glass in August 2021 regarding window replacement in a high rise building in La Jolla. This would have been a big job and would have led to many other jobs in our building due to our knowledge of other homeowners who needed similar work and due to our influence. C & C came to our apartment in August 2021 to measure and never sent us an estimate.

In February 2022, I noticed that they were doing work in our building. I contacted them to see why I did not ever receive an estimate. I was told that they would send one. When I finally received it, I checked with neighbors and found that my estimate was over twice that of a similar job done in my building. Upon inquiring with C & C, I was told that since they underbid other jobs in my building, that future jobs would be priced higher to make up for their losses. Apparently, it is my loss that C & C did not provide my bid promptly and so I am expected to make up for their losses.

My advice to anyone seeking estimates from C & C, especially in my building, is to check with other similar estimates they give because they are not consistent in their pricing and admittedly make up any losses by overcharging the next customers. Or just simply avoid them, as will I.

Look no further than C&C Glass! I had a cracked window pane on one of our patio windows that I had been putting off repairing. I finally had had enough of looking out the cracked glass and sought out to fix it. I looked at doing it myself but after looking at the cost of the glass alone from a number of places, C&C Glass was the least expensive of any of the places and for just a little bit more would do a house call and save me a couple hours of trial and error of doing it myself.

Setting up the appointment was painless; the technician was on-time, professional and spot on with his work; and their accounting department was super friendly when I called at the end of the job to make my payment by phone. Thank you C&C Glass for a job well done!

I love the job they did. The technician that came to the house was polite and respectful left the window looking really nice. With that being said I am unhappy with the price for the window. They came and replaced one panel of glass and it cost about the amount to change out the frame and window. The technician did well so this does not reflect on him at all.

They installed a glass shower door at my home and were very professional and efficient. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future!

I recently had six double pained windows replaced by C & C Glass. From my initial phone call to clean up I was very impressed with every person I had contact with. I wish I could remember names but most of them I have forgotten. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty and respect they showed me and my home. I definitely recommend C &C Glass for any glass replacement projects.

C & C glass did an amazing job on our closet mirrors after they got unhinged! They came to check out the damage and give us a quote and helped us pick similar ones to the ones we had before and wanted to maintain the look. They ordered the mirrors and installed when parts came. Friendly and fast!

Very rarely do I need glass but I will tell you this.when I do, C & C will be my first stop. I called them after being given a 3-5 day turnaround elsewhere. I showed up within the hour and was out the door faster than the door could close behind me, with the best price in town. Thanks again!

These guys came yesterday to my office to set up glass for a meeting room and were nothing but amazing. Courteous, clean and very respectful. They worked efficiently and left the place looking amazing. They checked with me every time they were going to make noise and to check on small options to make sure I was happy. I would absolutely recommend them for the professionalism. I am also considering using them for some home projects now that i've seen how they work. Couldn't be happier with C&C glass. They were able to give me a quote from a photo and fix the glass same day. I had quotes from other vendors and C&C was half the price. They communicated with me the entire way. Will use them for all our glass needs and would highly recommend to anyone.

Our experience at C&C Glass was a very pleasant one. Jim saw us on short-notice and was most helpful in replacing our broken window. We will keep C&C as our go-to for any glass work we need in the future.

I would give 10 stars to C & C if I could! After dealing with another glass shop for a month of excuses (can't match color, lost first estimate, rescheduling, etc), I fired their service and called C & C. One week later, I have the glass replaced, the correct color, and cheaper to boot! The installers (Mike and Memo) were friendly, efficient, and professional. Had my window screen repaired. Did the job fast but made the screen one inch shorter than it was originally and there's a tear in the screen from improperly installation of the screen.

They were awesome! Super nice guys. Changed out a cracked window for a reasonable price in about 20 minutes. Very impressive.

We used C&C Glass to help with a shattered shower door. They were prompt and very helpful. They also replaced parts on a sliding glass door. Excellent service! Josie helped arrange the repairs, she has excellent customer service.

They have come out twice to "seal" my custom shower enclosure and told me that this was the last thing they could do to seal it. After silicone and rubber inserts, I still have water all over my floor and my marble floor is completely discolored from what appears to be water damage right outside my shower. Even after trying our hardest not to get water near the cracks it still leaks. The last visit I was told "these showers aren't that great at keeping water in."Why wouldn't you say this before installation I would've pursued other options.

Had a great experience with these guys. Carlos and Ernesto came and installed new windows in our front doors that were very temperamental and time consuming. They made it look perfect without any damage or even paint issues. Great company!

My experience with C & S Glass has been excellent from my initial inquiry, getting a quote, to the installation of a new shower enclosure. I would heartily recommend them.

We had some safety glass made for some custom Windows at my work. The people was very nice and helpful. They had it ready on time when they said it would be ready. There's a nice show room of all the different types of glass, shower doors and other things they do. I would use them next time I need any type of glass for my self.

I received an estimate 6 months ago and they have charged me but still cannot get these people to schedule. What a mess! Go elsewhere.

The customer service was less than expected. Also the management seemed more interested in gossiping about the locals and actions with mal intent directed towards them as oppose to helping his customers or his fellow neighbors.

Everyone here was super helpful. When we had an issue with the initial order for fixing a window, they were happy to help fix it free of charge and get any replacement parts. Can't recommend highly enough.

I've used this company a couple times now because of the quality of work they produce, but after my most recent service with them I will for sure use them for any glass/window needs in the future. Not only does this company do great work, but they've displayed a great sense of honesty and integrity that is very rare and lacking for lots of companies out there nowadays.

There were a few things that needed work with some windows throughout the house, and one of them was to replace the window lock. While installing the new lock, one of the two technicians torqued the screw in too much and caused a tiny crack on the window. After all the work was done, the first thing he did was let me know that he put a little crack in the glass and showed it to me.

It was very small, and I probably wouldn't have noticed it if he didn't say anything. But he did what any honest person with integrity would do and let me know what happened. I was very appreciative of that because of the rarity of that quality and how honesty and accountability with other companies and their employees are lacking. I'm pretty sure 99% of the time any other technician would've left without telling me or said that the crack was already there if I noticed it.

These guys explained to me that they would put the order in right away for a new glass and that I wouldn't be charged for all the work that was completed that day until they returned to install the new one. My initial thought was that I'd be charged the remaining balance anyway, but lo and behold, I never saw a charge. A couple weeks later C&C glass called me to schedule an appointment to install the new glass.

I got the same technicians and they worked quick. Not only were these guys very honest, but also very polite! It was a genuine pleasure doing business with C&C Glass! Outstanding customer service with a lot of integrity and accountability! I will without a doubt be using them again for any future needs!

They anwer the phone and then say please hold! Why you wait! I think this is not a good place I asked how long it take to fix a glass window they said depends! They should have a anwer right away!

Excellent service, quality, price and turn around. We had 2 custom screens made, and a rescreen. They were done fast, perfect and reasonably priced!

My experience with this company was horrible. they are not punctual nor professional. I had to schedule several times because they just did not call or show. this people do are not serious with their business. they "professionals" forget to show up when they need to pick up their order or to install them. I called their offices and they had no idea where the installers where. I would not recommend C & C glass because they just don't know how to handle their business.

I had and still have a horrible experience with this company. first they were schedule to pick up my doors and they did not show up or call. then they wanted me to buy extra things because they said they were needed. finally at the time of installation once again their installer did not show up. I had to baby sit them to make sure they are getting their job done. this company does not care about customer loyalty nor they know anything about punctuality or professionalism, I would not recommend this company to any one. if you are looking for serious business you are looking at the wrong company.
