Agnew Door

If I could give them No stars, that's what this business deserves. I waited all day for them to show on the install date and they never showed. No call, nothing. Then Rusty and co. gave me the run around and slow played responding back to me. I was rightfully upset, but these guys didn't think I had a right to be upset and saw a wasted Saturday waiting wasn't a big deal and never even apologized for their wrong doing. There are too many competitors out there to choose from and would warn you, STAY AWAY FROM Agnew Door.

Great experience start to finish here. Got 5 interior doors installed with them, really great prices. Doors got in and installed quickly and the installer took the time to make sure each was done 100% right. I will definitely be recommending them! Service: General door installation

I use Agnew door as a supplier for rebuilds, custom doors etc. I find them to be pleasant to work with and helpful. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this business. From the moment we walked in, Callie greeted us and went above and beyond to help us get what we need. We were looking for "off" sized Doors and had been told by everyone else that these would have to be special ordered and not to expect anything before 12 to 16 weeks. Callie and her team took the time to figure out exactly what we needed and make it happen.

Within 30 minutes, several people were helping us figure out how to get this done on our timeline. They were able to modify some existing doors into exactly what we needed. We were told they would be ready within five business days, but we're pleasantly surprised to get the call after 2 business days that our doors were ready. They were amazing quality and beautifully done. This kind of customer service is rare and Agnew door and window will be definitely our first stop for any future remodeling projects.

They rescheduled on my customer three times. First time was due to covid so that understandable, second time they double booked me. Third time they called and asked if I was still going to be there bc it's raining. It's not raining on Norman today. They are extremely hard to work with and the owner Rusty said he doesn't care about a bad review bc he knows how to respond to them. Said he doesn't like working in Norman. I would not do business with them as I have waited a month on them to show up just to be told to find another window company.

They were helpful they saved me some money and they're going to build my doors for me which is what I need instead of waiting for or 3 months for these doors

Holly was incredibly helpful to us when we picked out our door. She was very patient with us and walked us through the entire process of picking out the various options.

Hands down the best place to get doors and windows in the state. Rusty went out of his way to satisfy my customers and even lost money doing so. I bought a lot of doors in the last 30 years and I can tell you Agnew door has the best prices and the quality is A+.

Unbelievable how bad the customer service is at this place. They could care less about how long it takes to replace a window, even if your a business! I had to call multiple times over the past few months to get updates on my replacement and they keep pushing it back two weeks, its been 3 months! They didnt even start on my order right away i had to call 3 weeks after then they said i need to sign and email a form for them to get started! Why couldnt they be pro active and call me sooner? They truly dont care about their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had my old worn out slider replaced with a garden door. Blown away by the difference. Keith measured and assessed best options, Jonathan provided stain options, and Patrick did a phenomenal install. Agnew Door & Window came highly recommended and did not disappoint.

Used Agnew for a new front door and french closet doors. Everyone was great and followed through with timelines and promises. A spotlight on our door wasn't right and they made it right for us. We are using them again for interior doors and another exterior door. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a door, was told two weeks then had to wait over month! After 3 weeks i called to see what was up, they said some people quit, and apologized for the delay. They had trouble finding my order and was told they would call me back. They didn't. then i had to call them the following week to find out the doors are ready.

I was told install was included then come to find out i was lied to. they do install but i didn't apparently pay for that. Then when i ask how much for install the guy refused to install for me! Saying im trying to con him into installing my doors for free since i asked if they would install at no charge since i had to wait over a month! UNREAL how bad the customer service is here AND how rude and matter of fact they were on the phone, being dismissive of how long it took despite being quoted two weeks, no apology. Just "stuff happens". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
