Difficult to communicate with almost argumentative on the phone when asked to send someone out to measure. A lot of strange and irrelevant questions and a very myopic understanding of my needs.

My experienced with this company was incredibly bad. I would not give them your business. They do not stand by their work. They came out to fix an automatic rollup door at my building, charged me an above market fee then when I reported to them that the repair was faulty they asked me to go to another repair shop. The receptionist and the scheduler has no desire to make the situation right. The door doesn't work properly, my tenants are annoyed and now I have to pay again for service that was never rendered. Really pathetic!

Guess I have to give them a "1" cause they answered the phone on two consecutive days 5/29 & 5/30. But neither day could I get a return call for an estimate. First day was told phone message would be given to one tech after he returned from lunch. NO CALL Second day was told my message would be given to the entire team for a estimate call back. NO CALL Today is the 3rd day and no call. Guess they don't need the work

Vinyard Doors went far and beyond the call of duty to help me resolved a garage door issue. After hours of research and dozens of phone calls with Shauna (not sure of spelling) Vinyard was able to help me resolved a Linear Receiver issue that no other San Diego shop was willing to even attempt, let alone follow through on. Their service is the BEST and comes with the CHEAPEST price from the part of any of their competition. Do yourself a favor and use Vinyard Doors for ALL your garage needs. David
