Ordered shower door from Lowes to replace my old shower door. Unfortunately I order a shower door 2 short in width. Called Coastal customer service and they were great! We figured out the correct header piece I needed and she said the piece would ship next day and get there in 3 or 4 days. Very reasonable price. I don't think I have ever had that great an experience with customer support and I am 71. Whole process took about 10 minutes. Excellent quality shower door that should last a very long time. Great company.

A few years ago a contractor installed a Coastal Shower Door in our master bath. Several years later we started having issues with the door and the contractor had gone out of business. So I contacted Coastal Shower Doors directly. Mike, the rep there, was amazing. Even though my door had been discontinued, he diagnosed the issue through email, sent me all of the required parts, and gave me detailed instructions on how to do the repair. Amazing customer service! The next time I need a shower door, I will definitely look at Coastal!

The shower door that I received had a problem with the hinge assembly. The service that I received was terrible! Nobody would even answer the phone at two of their three regional offices even after numerous calls to get in touch with them. The only person that would even answer the phone at their third office didn't even deal with customer service.
That person indicated that management has required that all customer service personnel go to lunch at the same time instead of staggering them so they can help customers like they used to. I finally got someone's direct line and he called me back.

My wife and I we're searching for a shower door that resembles the Industrials style factory windows. We were pleased to find out that the company that manufactures the product that has taken over our Pinterest board is right here in Jacksonville. Visited with customer service who was extremely helpful. They arranged with a local installer to install it in our master bathroom and it looks terrific.
